Lawn Summer Yeg official wrap up party
Featuring: NVS, Polyesterday, Thomas Culture & Sweat Yeg
Join us on Thursday, July 27 for the official wrap up party of Lawn Summer nights. No cover + domestic draught on special all night long.
Lawn Summer Nights began as a tribute to a friend. Now, it provides a way for others to support their friends & loved ones. Since 2009, over $2,000,000 has been raised through the events to help those living with Cystic Fibrosis in Canada.
Come check out Urban Tavern’s newly renovated restaurant and patios. I will be DJing from 8pm until close.
DARK MATTERS is an 18+ event, where the science is served on the rocks & the adults come out to play!
What do you think, when you think speed? We bet you think of fast cars, runaway buses and rockets, right? But what about super computers? Or sailfish? Or the pollen of the white mulberry — which, is launched at half the speed of sound?!
DARK MATTERS ‘Speed’ on Thursday, July 20, will redefine your idea of speed & push limits — and not just speed limits!
Visit twose.ca/darkmatters for full event details.

You’re invited to participate in Edmonton Lawn Summer Nights, a lawn bowling fundraiser held in ten cites coast-to-coast, benefiting Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
The premise is simple: in Edmonton, we’re gathering a few hundred people over four summer nights, sipping classic cocktails, enjoying the sunset with music in the air, all while reviving one of summertime’s grand leisure sports in equal measures of philanthropy and fun.
Put together a team of 4 (or more — substitutes are welcome!), and register for what promises to be the perfect way to spend Thursday nights in July – July 6, 13, 20 and 27th!
*You must be 18+ to attend this event.

Launched nearly 30 years ago in Paris by François Pasquier and his close friends, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris continues to bring more than 10,000 people together each year in some of the French Capital’s most prestigious sites. Over the years, the event has grown in recognition and attendance, taking place at the Pont des Arts, the Champs-Élysée, and the garden of the Palais Royal, amongst others. In 2013, Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris celebrated its 25th anniversary by gathering nearly 15,000 guests at Le Louvre, in the garden of Trocadero, and in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Today, more than 70 cities around the world host their own Dîner en Blanc, including Paris, New York, Sydney, Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, Kigali, Haiti, Chicago, Philadelphia, Melbourne, Johannesburg, Singapore, Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.
